Brand identity, online booking system and ongoing marketing support for a brand new startup
Pro-Snag approached Boxed Red as a new start up requiring a full brand identity, online booking system and ongoing marketing support to launch their property snagging service.
With competitors in the market all looking and feeling the same, we decided to take Pro-Snag in a new visual direction to that typical of the sector. With a unique and highly effective launch to market campaign consisting of an impactful combination of the brand identity and brand communications, utilising colour highlights, key sales messages and bespoke illustrations to clearly communicate and highly target defined audiences.
Inspired by the hand drawn notation of reports (note-taking and image highlighting), hand drawn markings give a humanistic nature to the brand along with adding a level of personality. Complemented by a blue and yellow palette that exudes optimism, confidence and professionalism.
A brand guideline document was created to uphold consistent brand communications across all collateral. This included logo usage, colour palette, typographic styles, patterns, illustrations and examples of collateral.
To avoid the overuse of generic stock imagery we created a suite of illustrations to break down and demystify the process of new home snagging, helping the owner understand the procedure and ease of undertaking the snagging process.
We created a fully responsive website with the capability to accept online bookings. Using Checkfront, we integrated the booking system into the site and allowed customers to book an appointment at a convenient time slot. Appointments could be managed by Pro-Snag through an online calendar and secure payments accepted through Stripe.
We created a full strategic marketing plan for online advertising including PPC and all applicable social channels.
Boxed Red have been pivotal to the success of our business, through their strategic thought process they were able to quickly identify how we differentiate ourselves in a crowded market place.
Their creative and innovative approach not only stood out from the competition but also generated much more business in the initial first few months than we ever anticipated – we are delighted with the result
