We’ve only gone and won a BESMA!

Customer Service Team of the Year at the British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards (BESMA)

What an evening it was!

With a record number of entries for the British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards this year, we couldn’t be more thrilled to announce that we have been recognised as Customer Service Team of the Year!

The Boxed Red team won against global names including British Gas, Eon and Lyreco for the coveted title.

The BESMA judges praised us for our enthusiasm and commitment to putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. The fact that our business is built on referrals and we constantly strive to improve by taking customer feedback into account was one of the reasons why our entry was commended.

Prime Minister David Cameron celebrated the awards and all the businesses involved saying:

“You are at the frontline of our economic recovery, demonstrating that Britain is very much open for business. The professionalism, creativity and flair that you have all shown is to be commended. I truly believe that your achievements will help ensure that the next decade can be one of the most dynamic and entrepreneurial decades in our history.”
