Craven and Murray are an Independent, high-end optician that pride themselves on a personal service with some customers staying with them for years, and with this in mind it was important that their integrated marketing strategy reflected exactly that.
We’ve worked with Craven & Murray for nearly 10 years and our relationship has gone from strength to strength. From overhauling their brand identity and their website to ongoing seasonal marketing campaigns we have had lots of fun delivering their marketing collateral.
Being a family run business, we evolved Craven and Murray’s branding to become more professional yet keep a personable feel aligning with their customer approach. We then made it consistent across all communications.

We used a mix of print, social media and other digital platforms as a way of boosting the profile and local awareness of Craven & Murray’s in the most creative way possible, to make sure they stood out amongst their competitors.
We developed creative concepts every season to keep the brand exciting and encourage optimum engagement, rolling it out consistently throughout monthly adverts within key print publications as well as paid and organic social media. Through highly targeted creative content we were able to increase, awareness, audience engagement and most importantly enquiries.
