Protective clothing manufacturer ProGARM started working with us to improve the functionality of its ecommerce website and generate more sales from both customers and distributors.

Being a forward-thinking company that produce and distribute high quality Arc Flash and Flame Resistant clothing, they had a small number of different target markets to engage. Boxed Red implemented its tried and tested strategic process, that began with defining ProGARM’s proposition and tailoring it to the precise requirements of each audience.

Their old brand didn’t reflect the quality of the products that they produce and supply, and because the brand was already well established in the market place and they did not want to change the name or brand mark too much, Boxed Red created a well thought-out marketing strategy that would incorporate as much of the original ProGARM as possible and still elevate them in the market place.

A detailed guideline document was produced to be distributed to a large distribution team, empowering them to be able to create aligned and consistent content.

Following this, a consistent and integrated marketing campaign was rolled out across a range of online and offline marketing channels to assist ProGARM with achieving its ambitious objectives.

A fully responsive e-commerce solution

The fully integrated website was built to promote ProGARM’s extensive range of services and reflect ProGARM’s values, creating an efficient and smooth user experience. From Typography, to graphic icons, the brand guidelines ensured the brand was rolled out effectively across the new website.
