Showcasing Meller Braggins with a fully integrated marketing campaign

We have had a busy few months working on an exciting project with Meller Braggins, a Cheshire estate agent with its head office just down the road from the Boxed Red HQ.

Meller Braggins approached us for some help with their website. The long-established company has gone through a rebranding process and Boxed Red was instructed to carry out a full brand audit and proposition development to ensure the new Meller Braggins look and feel was communicated consistently across every element of their integrated marketing campaign.

Boxed Red worked with Meller Braggins on the following projects:

• Design of brochures, property particulars and window displays
• Development and roll out of a 6-week teaser campaign that incorporated a bespoke advertising campaign, online advertising, social media support, advertorials, PR and a unique letterpress direct mail distribution

Not only did the 6-week teaser campaign generate the highest level of social media engagement that Meller Braggins has ever experienced, but visitors to and engagement with the new website increased significantly and a number of enquiries were received. What’s more, the teaser campaign has also been nominated for a prestigious industry award – Best Design/Creative at the North East Cheshire Business Awards.

Significant press coverage after the campaign helped to sustain the message and communication in the target areas across the North West.
