At Boxed Red, we live by our ‘added value’ proposition, but it’s a fantastic feeling when our efforts are recognised – the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management have announced us as a British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards BESMA finalist.
We were thrilled to hear that we’ve been recognised in the Customer Service Team of the Year category at this prestigious event, as it is one created to celebrate the very best in marketing across the UK.
According to the organisers, a record number of entries was received, and the quality of nominations was high, so to be named as a finalist is a fantastic achievement.
Janna Caley, Director of Boxed Red Marketing, said: “This is the second time this year that we’ve been recognised for our commitment to customer service, and BESMA is such a well-known and recognisable name in the industry, we’re absolutely over the moon with our achievements so far.”
