The Forum of Private Business, a not-for-profit business support organisation, historically a lobbying based company, needed to develop an engaging and relevant proposition that they could take to market in order to differentiate themselves from the competition and increase their membership numbers.
They needed to position themselves as a business support organisation, widening their offering from just lobbying to a comprehensive business support company for small to medium sized businesses.
