Challenge
Following a U.S acquisition, 2ergo, a global mobile communications organisation, required a global marketing and communications strategy that aligned the brand and positioned the company for future growth globally.
Result
A Boxed Red Marketing consultant recommended and successfully delivered the following;
- A strategic marketing and communications plan, including corporate and product marketing, internal and external communications and target market penetration.
- Developed a comprehensive marketing budget in line with the marketing plan
- Identified the need for and then implemented global corporate and product alignment, re-branding and re-positioning
